As a result of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak the Loan Officers from Progressive Microfinance Group Ltd will not be available from 12 P.M to 5 P.M in the lunch rooms/lobby area as at March 19, 2020. PMG staff will be working remotely to ensure business continuity as well as supporting Progressive Microfinance Group members through this time.

Progressive is still operating on a daily basis and adhering to normal office hours. All staff will be able to correspond via email, WhatsApp and phone calls to keep existing work plans moving where possible.

All our existing clients, please note that even though physical forms will not be signed anymore all policies remain the same.

Clients may apply via whatsapp/sms through our agents. We will liaise with payroll to sort out salary deductions. Any terminations or resignations still constitute a breach of contract and payroll will remit any outstanding balances.
